After 3 attempts at the theme I suddenly thought of my days at cat shows when I showed Siamese/Oriental cats, some 30 years ago! There were always owners who thought their cats were more worthy of an award than the winner and it was said "there were more cats on the outside of the show cages than in them!!"
The Best in Show winners (especially longhairs) were always decked out in tiaras, sometimes little capes and sat on velvet cushions, I think the cat above, looking very smug, has got his own back!
