The Three Muses - Old Fashioned


Yes, thats me, aged 13 months, with my teddy bear made for my first birthday by my Godmother.  Its just an 'old fashioned' bear in lacy pantaloons and apron with baby teddy attached.  The pram wasn't mine,  I think it actually pre-dates me by about 20 years or more!!

    So you didn't manage to find the old fashioned millionaire and I assume your name wasn't Eartha Kitt in earlier days? It's funny, the first thing I thought about when coming up with a picture for the old fashioned challenge was the old Eartha song but somehow the inspiration didn't help. I love your picture. What a gorgeous photographic model!! Very serious but very cute. I love her setting, especially the pram. Wonderful artwork and originality. Take a bow!

    Judy, I love your creation. I love vintage photos in art. But they are especially nice when they are personal photos like that. Your piece is beautiful!
