I see our Bev wants to know what a tagger is!! Unfortunately, here in Oz the graffiti problem is endless and there is talk about toughening the laws regarding this type of vandalism. It seems that NZ has already gone down that path. Your gorgeous take on the subject is wonderful, whimsical and witty but it does carry a message. Great work.
