  4. Hey, Judy!! I have the identical typewriter....I know, a collector's item but I learned to type on one of those. Excellent ATC, Love it. The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog's back....boy do I remember that line!! lol. Hugs,Gayle.

  5. This is a wonderful ATC, Judy. I love the richness of the sepias and black and, boy oh boy, have you brought back memories. When I left school my father forced me to spend a year at business collage which I hated with a passion. Like Gayle, beginners were restricted to those old clacketty typewriters and "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" was our main exercise. Gives me the horrors to think of it. Ah well, I suppose I should be grateful for being able to handle a computer keyboard many years later. Thanks for the memories.

  10. Wouaouh Judy! Wonderful idea & execution! I perfectly love it!
I never had learned to write on any kind of typewriter... I'm too young to know this kind of typewriter & I begun to learn on a computer keyboard; but (snort), I'm always looking at it to write, cause I still don't know where are the letters... It's a shame! :)

  12. Hey, those were the days weren't they bashing away at those old typewriters? We don't know we're born these days hardly having to touch the keys!!!!

By the way, you messed with my head this morning with the nudge nudge wink wink thing because I couldn't quite remember who it was who said it. But never fear because Google is here and so a quick search told me it was good old Monty Python

  13. This brings back memories of my first office job, there was a typewriter there that just looked like that. [which may make me seem really ancient but the boss was very tight, there were even books holding up the table]
