Sunday Postcard Art - Over the Rainbow


My card is created from 4 layers - the background is a thick wrapping paper from a store that was closing down - I'm always looking for a bargain! The rainbow layer was 'painted' with my watercolour crayons, then printed vellum, finally my image (Outsider Artists) and a Stampin'Up stamped bluebird.
