Congratulations on your new art challenge, ladies, excellent choice for week 1!
Mona 'Mermaid' Lisa is created from the technique of placing acrylic paint thickly on the fold of a piece of paper then folding over and 'smoothing' out towards the edges. Mona's head is from 'Design Originals' Da Vinci paper by Lisa Vollrath. Mermaid template from alteredbits.com. The background paper was marbled by me many years ago - knew it would come in handy one day!
