The Three Muses - Up, up and away

S-l-o-w-l-y working my way around Photoshop Elements, got LOTS to learn! So here is my first 'creation!'
The background is actually one my own photos taken at my son's graduation when they released hundreds of balloons, larger balloons are PSE, the hot air balloon was Googled and the birdcage is from 'Last door down the hall' freebies site. Then I used the 'neon' effect to complete my card.
