Our art this week had to feature circles, whether it be in a circle, on a circle like an altered CD or about circles, I went around in circles trying to work out what to do! Then I had a brilliant idea, what about a mandala! Fumbling my way through PSE6 I manage to create the above from small advertisement for the Tour de France, but I did get some help from www.moderngypsy.com/green/mandala/
As mentioned I used a magazine picture, created the mandala then used the 'difference clouds' filter to produce the final effect, making the bike riders in their helmets look like wheel spokes!
Judy - I think you should add a note to your entry about enlarging the image because the larger version is truly magnificent and it shows all the small details in greater light.

Mandalas are fantastic and this one joins the best Judy. Wonderful colors- really draws you in for meditation!
