Sunday Postcard Art/Take A Word - Illusions/Birdlife


'Illusions' is the theme for Sunday Postcard Art, I have illustrated it here by using the  'fancy hinges' freebies from Valerie at sumofallcrafts.blogspot.com to give the 'illusion' of feathers on my bird!  
'Birdlife' is the challenge at Take A Word so here is my steampunk bird!!

    Judy, your hinged bird is sensational, although I wouldn't like to be around if he became unhinged and let fly with his less than fluffy feathers. An amazingly original artpiece. Wow!
